Job Description
A post-doctoral position is available immediately in Prof Jiang’s lab at Dept of Nutrition Science, Purdue University. The project will focus on studying new functions of different forms of vitamin E and novel vitamin E metabolites in inflammation and cancer. Applicants should have a recent PhD in biochemistry, animal science, nutrition, biology or related field, and have experience in standard molecular and cell biological techniques. Experience with animal models is also desirable. The successful applicant will be performing experiments in cell cultures and animal models.
