Job Description
The postdoctoral fellow will develop new transgenic mouse approaches to studying the development of the mouse otic placode, neural plate and neural crest and characterize their molecular profiles using single cell RNA-seq. The fellow will also maintain and analyze a colony of Foxi3 mutant conditional knockin mice, and investigate the function of Foxi3 function in the induction of the inner ear. Skills include mouse genetics, molecular biology, histology, cell culture and FACs analysis and sorting.
Required: PhD in biology or a related bioscience.
