he postdoctoral fellows will work under the supervision of Dr Kim-Anh Do and a collaborating computer scientist, scientist, or clinician. The primary research focus will be on applying novel statistical and computational methods for the analysis of complex high-dimensional omics data. Potential application areas include the high-priority Moonshot research studies that involve various types of high-throughput proteomic, genomic, sequencing and imaging data, with particular emphasis on developing integrative and flexible models that incorporate both biological knowledge and empirical structures.
